From here you will be able to see in an instant how much more you need to spend to reach your $99 free shipping total. Each time you add an item to your cart this purple button will show the exact amount you are away from getting Free Shipping. FREE Shipping on orders over $99!

We send parcels all over Australia with shipping starting from just $6.95 to all locations in NSW, our maximum charge for shipping is $9.95 to WA and TAS. This is the only amount you will pay for shipping regardless of how heavy or large your order is. 

We pride ourselves on getting your items out to you as fast as possible, with the greatest of care to ensure you get exactly what you wanted and it all arrives safe and sound. If you place your order and you realize you made a mistake or would like to add something or edit something contact us right away, we will do our best to accommodate your request if we still have the order being processed i.e we haven't shipped it yet.

We post items every weekday with most items in stock being picked, packed and posted the same day or the next depending on when we receive your order. If you live in Sydney expect your order within 1-3 business days, NSW, VIC & QLD approx 3-5 business days and SA, NT & WA usually between 6-7 business days. Please allow additional time for orders placed late Friday and over the weekend as these parcels won't be posted till Monday.

When you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email letting you know we have your order. Once we have packed your order you will receive another email stating your order has been fulfilled and ready for shipping. Depending on when we receive your order this will all happen within a day or two.

We apply a tracking code to every order we ship. Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post we are able to see the status of your order. You will receive an email directly from Australia Post when your parcel is onboard with a driver and ready for delivery. If at any time you are worried about your order, please email and we can give you an update on its location.

Please allow extra time during peak holiday periods like Christmas.

If for any reason your item is not in stock and cannot be shipped within the above time frames we will contact you the day of your order or the following day to inform you of this. Your item could be temporarily out of stock which means we are waiting on the stock to come in and we will ship your order as soon as it arrives, or the item we have in stock is not suitable for sending, i.e. on closer inspection there is a fault.

We will always give you options in these cases where you could accept the item, choose another item, or you could wait for a replacement item. Alternatively if none of these options are suitable we would refund you in full with our sincerest apologies. Regardless of the outcome we will let you know of any issues with your order asap.
