Easy Exchanges

Got the wrong size? No trouble at all. We have a no questions asked Easy Exchange Policy.

Our Exchange Policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. For online orders, this is extended to 30 days from the date you received your order. The only condition is that your item must not be used or worn and be in re-saleable condition in it's original packaging.

Unfortunately, some items cannot be exchanged these include food, treats, gift cards and on sale items so please choose these items carefully. Exempt items can be refunded if deemed by Pets Palace to be faulty, or damaged in transit.

To exchange an item just post it back to the address displayed below. If you cover the postage back to us we will cover the return postage costs to send your replacement item back out to you. And seeing how we are covering the postage if you would like to add any additional items we are happy to do that too.

Please notify us by emailing customerservice@petspalace.com.au quoting your order number or the name the order was purchased under. Also if you have a replacement item in mind let us know that too. We will be in touch with you shortly.

For peace of mind we would recommend using a traceable shipping service like Parcel Post or Express Post to track your items return.
