Pets Palace is a 100% Australian owned and run business born and built from a love of pets. The two owners are true animal lovers at heart and it is in this spirit that Pets Palace has blossomed into one of Australia's best online stores for dog and cat products and accessories.

Our philosophy is simple as consumers ourselves we know what good service is and how we like to be treated as customers, this is how we like to treat you, with respect, understanding and above all fairness. That little blurb on the home page about 100% satisfaction guarantee is true, if you are not happy we will do everything in our power to try and fix it.

We support Australian businesses in ranging our product lines, buying from small independants right through to the biggest distributors in Australia to provide you with the variety and choice you deserve. In Addition we also import from overseas which does help to set us apart from our competition. We have a passion for shopping online and marketing and this is where the idea of Pets Palace was first conceived, now years down the track we have expanded not only our products but also our thinking and our first retail store is now a reality.  

Our shop is based in Sydney on vibrant King Street in Newtown Shop 28, 617 - 627 King Street Newtown 2042 to be exact. Pets Palace store is a one stop shop for all things cat and dog at a price you can afford, cute and colourful are our middle names so you won't find plain and boring in our store. We are located down the Sydney Park end of town opposite Lifestyle Fitness Gym, next to St Peters train Station. For all our online customers the website will still be going strong and remain an equal focus with more and more products added every week as new stock arrives.

This of course goes without saying but we will say it anyway because as customers I dont think you hear it enough. At Pets Palace we really appreciate our customers, their continued support, and kind words on our Facebook page and of course their repeat patronage, you are the backbone of our business and for that we thank you.
